NDLEA Arrests Suspected Drug Trafficker For Hiding Cocaine In T-ShirtsA suspected cocaine trafficker identified as Ukaegbu Bright Onyekachi has been arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) at Muritala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos state.

Onyekachi who arrived Nigeria on board Ethiopian airways from São Paulo, Brazil via Addis Ababa, was nabbed with 3.30 kilograms of the illicit drug during the inward clearance of passengers on Ethiopian Airlines at E arrival hall of the MMIA.

Speaking on the incident, Ahmadu Garba, NDLEA commander at MMIA said;

The hard drug was cleverly concealed in T-shirts stickers but was nabbed by eagle-eyed detectives.

In other news, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Command, Abuja has intercepted 21.9 kilograms of cocaine

Principal Staff Officer, Public Affairs, of the agency, Jonah Achema, who revealed this in a statement in Abuja on Monday, said the illicit substance, concealed in two suitcases, is the largest single seizure by the Command.

Achema, a Deputy Commander of Narcotics, said the two unaccompanied and unclaimed suitcases were discovered after the arrival of Ethiopian Airline, ET 910 in Abuja from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
