BBNaija Reunion: Shine Ya Eye Housemates Back For More DramaOn Thursday, June 2, the pilot episode of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Shine Ya Eye Reunion show kicked off in grand style.

Fans’ favorite, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a Big Brother Naija alumni himself, reprised his role as the host for the most watched television program in Nigeria.

After months of waiting for the BBNaija class of 2021 to emerge one more time, the reunion show commenced without much drama on Thursday, June 2. The atmosphere was relaxed, enlightening and refreshing.

The contestants from the Shine Ya Eye edition were available, aside from Niyi whom Ebuka disclosed was recovering from a mild illness.

The program was monitored by our correspondent, which aired across Africa Magic stations.

The reunion promises to be sizzling with the housemates expected to share confessions and expectedly some face-off among former housemates. Also, shippers are expectedly seeking closure from their favorite colleagues.

Controversial housemate, Boma Akpore, who became a public enemy for having an affair with the only married contestant at the time of the show, Tega Dominic, vowed to bring absolute drama.

Boma kept fans hungry for drama as he told Ebuka that he came to the reunion with a motive.

When quizzed about what the motive was, Boma noted that it will unfold as the show continues.

On the opening night, Michael also spoke about season winner, Whitemoney making attempts to enter a relationship with his lover, Jackie B shortly after he was evicted.

It would be recalled that Whitemoney emerged the winner of the Shine Ya Eye edition after beating his closest rival, Liquorose by a wide margin.

Whitemoney polled 47.00% well ahead of Liquorose who managed a distant 22.99% of the total votes.

As the winner of that edition, Whitemoney went home with N90 million worth of prizes.

The grand prize included;

N30m cash prize, cash in Abeg digital wallet, bitcoins courtesy Patricia, one two-bedroom apartment courtesy RevolutionPlus Property, a top of the range SUV from Nigerian automaker, Innoson Motors and a trip for two with Travelbeta package.
