… Awarded Gold Medal
A young Nigerian girl Chideraa Njoku has made her family, and country as a whole proud, after she bagged a first class from an Indian university, 9news reports.
It was gathered that Ms Chideraa Njoku, 22-year-old from Mbaise in Imo state shattered academic records in Pharmacy at Indian’s Subharti University.
Ms Njoku came out top of her class with first class honours and was awarded a gold medal for her academic excellence. She was also granted a scholarship for an onward doctorate degree with the University.
Miss Njoku`s parents, Mr Joe & Mrs Happiness Njoku Udor decided to send their daughter to study overseas due to lack of continuity in the Nigerian educational and the poor regulatory system of Nigeria Universities commission. The decision, no doubt paid off for them.
