Women’s Day: How Senate President Bukola Saraki Celebrated With Women (Photos)

Photos showing how Senate President Bukola Saraki celebrated this year’s international  women’s day has been shared on social media.

International Women’s day is marked 8 of March every year to call for gender balance across the globe.

It is also geared towards the movement for women’s rights. The 1910 International Socialist Woman’s Conference suggested a Women’s Day be held annually, after the Socialist Party of America organised a Women’s Day on February 28, 1909, in New York.

This year’s theme is Balance For Better.
