A 26-year-old father-of-two identified as Devyn Holmes, shot in the head as his friends messed around with a gun in a car during a Facebook Live video, authorities said.

The incident occurred around 2.30am on Sunday in the parking lot of a Valero gas station in Houston, as it was further gathered that Cassandra Damper, the woman who shot him,  was immediately arrested and has since been charged.

In the viral video, Holmes is seen picking the gun and studying it, before another man in the back seat was spotted putting the gun back between Holmes and Damper. However Damper then picks the gun and points it directly at the camera, as Holmes grabs her hand.

“You’re making me nervous,” Holmes could be heard saying in an edited video circulating online.

The man in the back seat, believed to be Cadillac Coleman, tells Holmes: “She ain’t got no clip bud.”

“Where you from again?” Holmes asks as Damper points the gun at him and says, “Say something, b***h.” Holmes was also seen in the footage, attempting to stop the woman from waving the gun around.

The footage making rounds on social media does not show the moment he was gunned down in the Facebook Live, but does show him slumped over and covered in blood. Holmes was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital, where he remains in critical condition, police said. Officers arrested Damper after she allegedly attempted to wipe off the gun residue on her hands.
.
She was booked on charges for tampering or fabricating evidence. Damper claimed that she was unaware the gun was loaded in an interview with authorities. The other man involved in the shooting video was not charged. Authorities said a grand jury will decided if any additional charges should be filed.
