Clad in a black outfit, the entrepreneur could be seen in tears while screaming that she should be allowed to jump into the lagoon.

In another clip, Sobowale sat behind the booth of the SUV as commuters were seen consoling her.

The businesswoman was said to have been taken to a police station afterward.

In one of the background voices, a passerby said he saw Sobowale jump out of her car and was moving towards the railings on the bridge.

Some unconfirmed reports claimed that Sobowale is having issues in her marriage.

In a report by World Health Organisation (WHO), each year, more than 703,000 people take their own life after many suicide attempts.

“In June 2021, the WHO launched ‘LIVE LIFE’, an implementation guide consisting of four key interventions, to prevent suicide around the globe,” the report added.
