Davido Debuts Voraciously Anticipated Studio Album, Timeless, Netizens React
Nigerian music icon, David Adeleke who is better known as Davido on Friday, March 31 released his voraciously anticipated fourth studio album, Timeless.
The singer-songwriter, Davido released the album one week after he returned to social media to disclose the title of his new music project. Davido who is the founder and leading artiste of the record label, Davido Music World (DMW) and 30 Billion Gang (30 BG) suffered a massive heartbreak in the concluding part of 2022 following the demise of his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
Despite performing at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar, the Afrobeat icon went on hiatus on social media for several months. In the early part of March, the singer-songwriter took down several posts on his Instagram platform alongside his profile picture.
On returning on Wednesday, March 21, the self-acclaimed Omo Babaolowo emerged with a fascinating announcement for his fans.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote,
“There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal.
A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak and A time for Silence.
Thank you to everyone out there for your love and support that has held me down. All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all. Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new.

DAVIDO DROPS 4TH STUDIO ALBUM
On Wednesday, Davido released the tracklist for his album, Timeless.
On the 17-tracks music project, Davido featured- Asake, Dexta Daps, Skepta, Cavemen, Angelina Kidjo, Musa Keys, Logos Olori, Fave, Morravey, Focalistic.
The singer took to his Twitter account on Friday, March 31 to write about his project.
Speaking via his Twitter account, Davido wrote,
“At long last – WE are back. The journey from my last album to this album has been a whirlwind to say the least. I recall sitting & staring over the ocean not too long ago, wondering if I could get here again, after all I’ve been through… but with your love & support, we made it.”

He went further to acknowledge his partner, Chioma Rowland in a follow-up tweet.
He wrote,
“I’m not sure what comes after this but I wanted to give you my heart, soul and energy. Today I present you “TIMELESS”. ⏳
