Adeyanju‘s post was criticized by Obidients, a coterie of people who support the presidential ambition of Peter Obi. Reacting to their criticism, Adeyanju stated Obidients should not await any form of ‘revolution’ because the leading party, All Progressive Congress (APC) will eventually emerge victorious in the coming election.

Speaking further on his Twitter page, the political activist stated that regardless of the popularity of Labour Party‘s Peter Obi on social media and the affluence of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, APC‘s Bola Ahmed Tinubu would eventually emerge victorious.

He continued;

One Obident in criticizing my post says I should wait and watch the revolution that is about to happen.

You want to do revolution to remove APC from power with PDP governors wey no sure?

The word revolution has suffered!
