Following this, a MTO source noted that the action was taken due to the 27-year-old rapper announcing the couple’s breakup on her Twitter account, which Quavo viewed as inappropriate.

Quavo allegedly never put Saweetie’s name on the lease of the luxury vehicle. He even supposedly worked out an agreement with the dealership which would’ve allowed him to end the contract early for whatever reason.

After their break-up played out over social media, the rapper is said to have called for the car to be repossessed.

However, later on Sunday, a source told TMZ that the car was not repossessed and there’s no evidence that it ever took place.

The pair began their romance on Instagram in 2018 when he DM-ed her a snowflake emoji referencing her 2017 hit, ICY GRL.

I told her, “You an icy girl, you need a glacier boy”, Quavo (born Quavious Marshall) said in August edition of GQ magazine.

Saweetie (born Diamonté Harper) replied: ”And I sent him the stir-fry [emoji] back” referencing Migos’ 2017 hit song.
