Aliko Dangote Slams $30k Lawsuit On Alleged American Mistress Over ‘Revenge Porn’Businessman, Aliko Dangote has withdrawn the charges he instituted against former mistress, Autumn Spikes at an American court.

It would be recalled that Spikes on January 1, via her Instagram handle, allarounda1, posted a video of herself and Mr Dangote on a couch inside what appeared to be a luxury yacht, with his derrière partially exposed while using the phone.

The lady, whose first name appeared to be Courtney, also tagged Bea Lewis (@iambealewis), a lady who had earlier alleged to being Dangote’s former girlfriend.

Courtney also posted pictures of Dangote standing close to a luxury plane in a private hanger, describing herself repeatedly as a ‘ForbesListSugarBabe’ in apparent reference to her lover’s status amongst an elite list of world’s billionaires.

Speaking about why she share the post, the lady said she was trying to clean Dangote’s name from the mess earlier created by Bea Lewis.

Following this, Dangote sued the lady for allegedly trying to extort $5million from him and is now hoping to obtain the “gag order” to stop her from carrying out an alleged threat to expose his private and family life on social media and media talk shows.

He filed the “petition for entry of the preliminary injunction”, through his U.S.-based lawyers on January 25, five days after he filed the libel suit on January 20.

Dangote filed the charges in Miami, Florida, seeking compensation for $30,000 in the civil lawsuit, where he filed under a pseudonym John Doe. The name also had an alias that says ‘DA’, which appeared presumably as initials for Dangote Aliko.

Ms Spikes shared the lawsuit on line and threatened Mr Dangote for making the case public, hinting that the billionaire stood to have more embarrassing information about him published on the Internet as part of the suit.

The American mistress had claimed that Mr Dangote offered to pay her for her silence, as the pair had been in a relationship for nine years without a non-disclosure agreement to stop her from publicly speaking on the affair.

Also, Spikes was evicted from her North Miami apartment in Florida, United States over an unpaid 6-month rent in 2020.

The landlord of the property, The Shoreline at SoleMia, 2301 Laguna Circle, North Miami, Florida, reportedly issued Spikes a 30-day ‘Pay or Vacate’ notice on August 5.

However, the lady neither paid the debt nor vacated her apartment number 1708.

After the expiration of the 30-day notice, the landlord, on September 19, 2020, filed an eviction suit against her at a Miami Dade County court, in Florida, the same court where Dangote sued her in January.

In latest development, Ms Spikes uploaded a series of court documents via Instagram on Friday, indicating the billionaire, who filed the suit via a pseudonym John Doe, has, through amended notice of dismissal without notice, quit the matter.

She alleged that this move was made to avoid covering legal expenses, saying;

He had till Sept 30 to submit a second amended complaint with more evidence of extortion and since this never transpired in the first place, he waited to the night before to file a “voluntary dismissal without prejudice” basically to avoid paying my bills.
