Governor Chukwuma Soludo has approved clock-in devices for healthcare workers in Anambra State, says Commissioner for Health Dr Afam Obidike.

A statement made available to ENIGERIA on Saturday said this would ensure workers are paid based on the number of hours worked, as the state government works towards improving its health sector.

He disclosed that the Anambra State Government wanted to build at least one “strong” general hospital per local government area, adding that its Eye Care Centre in Nise, Awka South Council Area, had all the world-class facilities to function effectively.
