Nigerian movie director, Kemi Adetiba has confirmed that the third part of the blockbuster movie, King Of Boys is currently in works.
The foremost cinematographer, who directed both the first and second movie, made this known via her Instagram page on Wednesday, December 4.
In the post, the director promised fans of the series a “wild ride” as she shared a picture of herself seated with the star of the film, Sola Sobowale, and popular musician, Seun Kuti.

“I just need y’all to know… That KOB 3 is gonna be a WIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLDDDDDDDD RIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!! #SayingALotWithoutSayingTooMuch #KOB3 #WhenThunderAndLightningMeetOnScreen,” she captioned the picture.

Equally, the first part of the blockbuster file, King of Boys which was released in 2018 tells the story of an ambitious crime lord and businesswoman, Eniola Salami (played by Sobowale).
After tragically losing her children in the first movie, Salami returns from exile in part 2 titled, “The Return Of The King”.
In the seven-part Netflix series released in 2021, Eniola fought and won a tough battle to clinch the governorship seat of Lagos State, thereby solidifying her influence politically.
