Venita Akpofure has stated that most winners of the reality show, Big Brother Naija are predominantly reflection of the “average Nigerian” populace.

The Nigerian reality star and actress shared this opinion on her Twitter platform on Thursday afternoon.

The actress also insinuated that these priorities change each season.

Akpofure tweeted;

The winner of BBN every year reflects the general mentality and emotional priorities of the average Nigerian (who lives and works in Nigeria) at the current time of the running season.

Argue with your ancestors. This is my opinion.”

It would be recalled that Phyna emerged as the winner of the recently concluded Big Brother Naija Level Up competition.

Equally important, Phyna will be the second woman in the history of the competition to emerge victorious.

Phyna, who won the show, will be walking home with a N100m grand prize— a cash prize of N50m and N50m worth of prizes from the sponsors.

In a lengthy post shared on Instagram, Phyna, expressed appreciation to her parents, fans and everyone who believed in her saying she is grateful for everything.

She wrote:

Where do I start from?

This doesn’t feel real.

Thank you God for this moment, thank you to my parents for everything you gave me, I hope I made you proud, that’s all I ever wanted to do.

She continued;

Thank you @xpensiv_maradona for everything you did for me before the house & during my stay in the house, I’m so grateful.

Also, thank you bestie @moments_with_ollie for going over and beyond for me, for everything you did for me before I got into the house & while I was in there. Thank you so much.
