Controversial Nigerian musician, Portable whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola has blasted Smooth Productions, the organizers of popular Nigerian music awards, The Headies.
Portable who was previously a nominee was banned from the event after he threatened to assault his fellow nominees should he fail to emerge victorious at the event.

His statement quickly made Headies organizers cancel his name from the nomination list.
During an Instagram live session on Monday, the singer addressed his feud with the Headies organizers.
Portable acknowledged that he is human and not perfect. He added that he has been hurt a lot of times in his life he also blasted the winner of the Next rated award category.

Portable wrote:

I Love It When Life Hard It Means Something Better Is Coming Nothing Pass GOD.

 I am bigger than the owner of Headies and the entire organizers.

In fact, I will be more popular than them forever.

Also attacking Buju (who is also known as BNXN) for winning the next rated award, the self-acclaimed Idamu Adugbo argued that his songs are more popular than that of Buju.

He added that Marlians Recording artiste, Zinoleesky deserves the award for ‘Next Rated Artist’ due to his credibility on the streets.

He further insisted that he is well known in the streets and also the highest paid artiste in the trenches.

Recall, that the singer was nominated for – ‘Rookie of the Year’ and ‘Best Street-Hop Artiste,‘ but he was disqualified from the ceremony over threat to kill co-nominees in those categories and controversial claims he formed ‘One Million Boys’

The singer later apologized for the threat and quickly retracted his statement, claiming that the One Million Boys he referred to in the viral video are his fans and not any cult group.
