Portable Conferred With Chieftaincy Title In Awori Land (Photos/Videos)

Controversial Nigerian musician, Habeeb Okikiola who is better known as Portable has achieved another milestone in his career as a community in Awori land decorated him with a chieftaincy title.

According to the reports shared by BBC Yoruba on Facebook, the Zazu crooner was crowned the Amuludun of Tigbo in the Awori kingdom, Ogun state.

In several pictures shared alongside the report, the controversial artist was wearing a nice traditional attire and a traditional cap with the inscription of the title that he was given.

The term ‘Amuludun’ in the Yoruba language refers to one who makes a town happy.

Also, Portable confirmed the recent achievement via his Instagram platform.

Via his Instagram account, the singer wrote, “Thank God for making today a blessed one for me, may we all witness our happy day in good Health and Joy. World Tigbo day, join me in celebrating my coronation today Chief AMULUDUN OF AWORI TIGBO LAND NKI YIN OO”.

In other posts made by the singer, during his coronation, he was spotted with several other Chiefs in the town who blessed him for gaining his new title. Portable was also spotted with popular Fuji artiste, Obesere.
