Nigerian musician, Ckay is set to release his debut studio album, Sad Romance.
On Monday, August 22nd, the renowned recording artiste took to his Twitter account to tease his debut album he promises will be packed full of diverse emotions.
The album he calls ‘Sad Romance‘ is set to reveal the different challenging phases Ckay went through on his road to fame until he eventually found worldwide success with the global smash hit ‘Love Nwantiti‘.
In the 1-minute 12 seconds clip, Ckay narrated the different emotions that went into putting together the album and how he sorted the assistance of incredibly talented individuals in putting the album together.

There’s no release date for the album yet.
However, the album seems to be scheduled for release in the latter part of the year.
Equally important, Ckay has remained one of the most notable musicians in modern history. His single, ‘Love Nwantiti‘ have continued to receive attention in the international market, also, he is one of the bestselling Nigerian musicians on Spotify, and the social media platform, Tik Tok.
The singer gained mainstream exposure in 2019 with his single, ‘Way‘. He has since gone on to become one of the most prominent singers of his generation.
