Singer, Terry Apala And Friends Robbed On Third Mainland BridgeSinger, Terry Apala has revealed that himself and his friends were involved in a robbery attack on Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos on Monday night.

The singer said the cutlass-wielding robbers attacked them while in the traffic and stole their phones among others items.

Showing off the damages done to his car, he prayed that his friends survive the injuries they sustained from the attack.

Terry Apala captioned the video as;

Omo! Yesternight Night was a bitter experience on the mainland, Got robbed with my guys in traffic. Thank God for life thou.

Recall that back in July, Lagosians raised alarm about daylight robbery on Eko bridge and other parts of Lagos.

Taking to social media, many Lagosians recounted reports of robbery during the day and they called  for the intervention of the security agencies and state government.


Reacting, 
Lagos police command in August announced the commencement of intensive stop and search operation within the Lekki-Ajah axis in Lagos state.

The order was given in reaction to recent reports of armed robbery attack in the state. Some miscreants also pose as beggars before unleashing terror on law-abiding citizens from evening till late hours.

Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu directed Lekki-Ajah Area Commander, Divisional Police Officers, field and tactical commanders to embark on 24-hour patrol.

The patrol seeks to curb the security challenges posed by hoodlums who snatch valuables and gun/knife point.
