‘Stop The Madness’ - 2baba Breaks Silence, Sues For Peace Among Family Members, SupportersVeteran singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as ‘2baba’ or ‘2face’, has on Wednesday finally broken his silence amid the ongoing crisis in his marriage.

Recall that the marital crisis in 2face’s home made its way to the internet on Thursday, September 2, 2021, after his actress wife, Annie called out the music star on her Instagram page.

The mother of two girls accused his family of not loving and caring about her since their marriage and also called him out for his suspicious relationship with Pero Adeniyi, the mother of 3 out of his 7 children.

However, 2baba’s younger brother, Charles reacted to the allegations, accusing Annie of being a difficult wife and being a drug addict.

He also accused her of physically abusing his older brother and at some point accused Annie of using diabolic powers on 2baba.

Amid the drama, Annie at some point removed her surname from her Instagram page, sparking divorce rumours among many Nigerians. She however reverted back to her husband’s surname few hours later.

However as the dust settled, Annie this evening cried out again about 2baba lying to her about his planned activity, saying he claimed he was going for a shoot but instead traveled to the US to meet Pero.

Finally speaking up amid the ongoing drama, 2baba via his Instagram page on Wednesday, September 8 sued for peace and calm among his family members, supporters and the general public.

He expressed;

I ADMIT THAT BRINGING OUR PERSONAL ISSUES ON SOCIAL MEDIA WAS NOT COOL BUT I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND WATCH EVERYBODY HAVE A FREE FOR ALL BATTLE HERE IN THE NAME OF LOVE OR SOLIDARITY.

NONE OF US IS PERFECT. I WILL LIKE TO URGE OUR FAMILIES AND SUPPORTERS TO STOP THE MADNESS AND THE PUBLIC TO PLEASE RESPECT OUR PRIVACY AND OUR KIDS, LET US DEAL WITH OUR ISSUES INTERNALLY. I TAKE GOD BEG UNA [sic]
