Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has charged Nigerians to use the internet positively and not use it for negative purposes.
NCC is the independent regulatory authority for thetelecommunications industry in Nigeria.
In a statement shared via its Facebook page on Friday, August 13, NCC called on Nigerians for a positive use of the Internet by subscribers for the benefit of all.
It stated;
Use the internet positively. Are you using the internet positively? The world would be a better place if we all do.
The Commission also charged the users to be more responsible in posting contents on various social media platforms.
It further stated;
Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is urging internet users across the country to be more responsible in posting contents on the various platforms. post responsibly.

The call for a positive use of the internet comes as the globe on a daily basis, records fraudulent internet activities perpetrated by internet users all over the world.
