Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, formerly representing Bayelsa East constituency, in Bayelsa State, has shared throwback pictures of him and his late wife, as he marks one-year anniversary of her death.
In a tweet, the politician and businessman, who visited her graveside today, stated that the void of her death remains and can never be filled.

He wrote;
She was faithful, loyal and true. My best friend of 43 years and my wife for 41 years. She was one of life’s greatest inspiration to me. Today marks one year since I lost my favourite woman. We miss you, Evelyn Murray-Bruce. The void remains that can never be filled.

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce lost his wife of 41 years after a long battle with cancer, on march 20, 2020.
