Sans being rude, I am tempted to think that the President of Benin Republic that made this offer of Benin Republic ready to become Nigeria’s 37th state is having early dementia. How can a country that has so far given her citizens a stable power supply, submit to the a country whose leaders riddled with inertia and crass ineptitude? This is worrisome! A country that has failed her citizens in all ramifications. #pensive#
