You Rejected My Shows For No Reason - Former YBNL Princess, Temmie Ovwasa Calls Out Olamide

Temmie Ovwasa, who was formerly signed to YBNL, has called out the record label owner and singer, Olamide Adedeji few days after hinting that their relationship had gone sour.

The singer in an interview last week spoke about her journey into the music industry and how YBNL record label wasn’t of great help to her growth.

Ovwasa has now taken to her Twitter page to call out the rapper over this, noting that she will never remain silent about all she went through while in the label.

She accused Olamide of giving her and other artistes hope but later snatching it from them, stressing that her former boss “gives the world the impression that he’s kind but beneath the facade is a man that leaves a trail of broken dreams”.

The singer also alleged that the rapper brought her to Lagos from Ilorin and kept her in a house for almost 5 years without allowing her to release a song or perform at gigs for 3 years.

Ovwasa, who joined YBNL as the first female artiste in 2016, claimed out of the years spent with the record label, she was only permitted to release a total of four videos and songs.

She tweeted;

As at the time of filing this report, Olamide was yet to react to the allegations leveled against him.
