Sister Henrietta Alokha, Heroic Head Mistress Who Died In Abule Ado Explosion Buried In Edo State

Reverend Sister Henrietta Ebosiogwe Alokha, the principal of Bethlehem Girls College in Lagos state, who died while rescuing her students from the Abule Ado explosion has been laid to rest in her hometown in Edo state. 

Reverend Sister Henrietta died while offering a selfless service of rescuing students from the Abule Ado inferno that occurred on Sunday morning, March 15 killing not less than 20 people. 

MDB reported that the roof of the collapsing school building was said to have fallen on the principal after she succeeded in rescuing all the students of the school.

Her wake-keep held yesterday, March 25 at Sacred Heart Novitate Chapel, Atani-Uromi in Edo State. 

Burial ceremony is currently ongoing at St. Anthony Cathedral, Uromi in Edo State. 

Thankfully, due to Reverend Sister Henrietta laying her life for her students, the PTA chairperson of the school said all of the over 200 students came out of the incident alive.

May her soul find eternal rest.
