American rapper, Offset has been released after he was allegedly detained by police at the Grove shopping center in Los Angeles (L.A) on Wednesday night, TMZ reports.
The rapper, whose is married to American rapper and singer, Cardi B was detained after the LA Police Department received a report of a person with a gun inside the Grove’s multi-story parking lot.
However, he was released just before midnight after 2 of the folks detained admitted the guns found were theirs.
Reports say the armed individual apparently fled the scene, but Offset and three members of his entourage were taken to the police station for further questioning.
