Buhari Storms Lagos On Saturday For APC Rally [See Motorcade Routes]

If you have anything important to do in Lagos tomorrow, please brace yourself.
President Buhari will be in town for APC’s presidential rally, and that means TRAFFIC: for anyone who had places to go within the city.

The All Peoples Congress (APC) has released the routes that President Muhammadu Buhari will ply during his campaign tour of Lagos state, and this should help you plan your movement.
The event, although slated for a weekend, is still expected to cause gridlock in some parts of the metropolis.

Before the presidential mega rally, the president will visit some places including the palace of the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu.

President Buhari is sent to contest for another term on February 16.

The Presidential Movement Routes are as follows:

1. ROUTE ONE (MOTORCADE) PRESIDENTIAL WING – OBA OF LAGOS PALACE:
From Presidential Wing – Airport Road – Airport Toll Gate – Ajao Estate – Oshodi Oke – Anthony Oke – Gbagada – Oworonshoki – Third Mainland Bridge – Adekunle Inter-section – Adeniji Adele Junction – Oba Of Lagos Palace.

2. ROUTE TWO (MOTORCADE) OBA OF LAGOS PALACE – STATE HOUSE MARINA

From Oba of Lagos Palace – Oyebanji – Third Mainland Bridge – Obalende – Onikan Bridge –Onikan Round About – TBS – State House Marina.

3. ROUTE THREE (MOTORCADE) OBA OF LAGOS PALACE –TESLIM BALOGUN STADIUM

From State House Marina – Obalende –Third Mainland Bridge – Adekunle Intersection – Adekunle Junction – Herbert Macaulay Way –Jibowu Under Bridge –Moshalashi Junction (By Empire ) – Abati Barracks – Ojuelegba Bridge –Teslim Balogun Stadium.

4. ROUTES FOUR (MOTORCADE) TESLIM BALOGUN STADIUM PRESIDENTIAL WING:

From Teslim Balogun – Ojuelegba Bridge – Abati Barracks – Dormalong Bridge – Jibowu – Ikorodu Road – Anthony Loop – Anthony Oke – Oshodi Oke – Ajao Estate – Airport Toll Gate –Airport Road – Presidential Wing.
