Hi-impact TV Set To Be Unveiled On May 29th

Nigeria’s first full HD Television is set to be unveiled on May 29th. The television station intends to drive content that is partial to family entertainment and education. The TV station is a project of Solution Media & Infotech, the company at the helm of the Hi-Impact Planet, Nigeria’s largest amusement park, located along the Lagos-Ibadan express way.
The chairman of the company, Prince Adeyanju Lipede, has tipped that in line with his organisation’s commit,ent to excellence and quality, Hi-Impact TV will offer nothing less than the best in terms of content and broadcast quality.

Speaking on the much-anticipated launch, Prince Lipede said, “the television station will be edutainment-based, focusing mainly on education, entertainment and family. Just as our pay-off, ‘Securing the Future’, Hi-Impact TV will air programs that have a meaningful impact for the family. This will include drama series, cartoons and on-air classes to mention just a few”
He highlighted one of the unique ways in which the TV station will engage specific groups with meaningful programmes. He explained, “As a way of assisting our children excel in the Junior/Senior Secondary School Examinations conducted by WAEC, NECO as well as the Joint Matriculations Exams (JAMB), we have designed a program called ‘Syllabus for Excellence’ to take care of those subjects that usually pose a challenge to students, as one of our many programs”
Hi-Impact TV is designed and equipped to run 24-hours daily. After its launch on May 29, the station will begin live transmissions on the 1st of June right from the Hi-Impact Planet Amusement Park. It is expected that Hi-Impact TV will reach a wide and heterogeneous audience not only in Nigeria but across the continent.

There  will be broadcast on free-to-air platforms from ViewSat and other major cable networks – DSTV, GOTV.  KWESE TV will follow suit later. Viewers can look out for broadcasts on all these platforms from June 1, 2018.
