A St. Louis man has been hit with felony charges after choking his girlfriend and killing her dog. According to The NY Post, the incident occurred after 19-year-old Christopher Brown assaulted the woman in a St. Louis County home.
The woman was able to escape but she left her dog in the home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When officials arrived at the scene, the found the home ransacked and the dog hanging from a metal pole in her garage, which was detached from the home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Brown was arrested and hit with felony counts of second-degree domestic assault and animal abuse.
According to the publication, Brown was also charged with misdemeanor property damage, with a bail set at $25,000. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It is unclear if Brown has retained a lawyer.
This definetly looks like the lady is in an abusive relationship for her to be choked and her dog killed by her boyfriend. But there are still good men out there who won’t hurt their girlfriends.

Hasna Begum, 25, started stalking Italian part-time DJ Pietro Sanna, 23, on social media after they broke up last December.
When Begum found out a woman called Giulia Consonni – who Mr Sanna had met on Tinder – was following her ex-boyfriend on Instagram, she called her an ‘ugly b****’ and sent threatening messages.
She made off with his mobile phone and ‘rubbed out’ his social media profiles in the days after the killing.
The shop worker said that she was ‘accessorising’ when she put on a blonde wig and gloves before making her way to Mr Sanna’s house.
Begum claimed she was defending herself after Mr Sanna kicked her in the chest, then grabbed a knife which he held towards her.
But a jury at Inner London Crown Court took two hours to convict her of the murder charges.
