Ms. Saratu Atta, has just been appointed as a personal assistant to the president-elect of Ghana, Prof. Nana Akufo Addo.
The woman is the Ex wife of former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode. Nana Akufo Addo is expected to be sworn in on Saturday, January 7 in Accra, Ghana.
Ms. Atta was married to Fani-Kayode in 1987 and they both have a female child, Folake in the same year.
The union collapsed in 1989.
A brief citation of Ms. Atta said that she is a graduate of the University of Warwick, UK, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Studies.
She worked as a Securities Trader at First Securities Discount House in Lagos, Nigeria from 1993 to 1997, and went on to establish her own security printing company in Lagos.
