He does not need any deliverance, there is no where in the bible that says we should pray against adultery or fornication,the bible says we should “flee” from them not even walk away but flee. If he is serious all he need to do is make up his mind to stop then ask God for forgiveness and grace to say no when the urge comes, he should make deliberate effort not to be alone with her at any given time,delete her no from his phone only talk to her through you his wife’s phone in her presence, turn down her calls when she calls, he should talk to a respectable pastor for accountability sake
