Moji Delano Blog: A Story Of Persistence By Joseph Edgar

Investment banker and writer Joseph Edgar wrote about MDB:

How did I meet this young and pretty lady. It was at a meeting at the Ikoyi club. She had worked in with her friend Timmy for a meeting of the Kidney Trust Fund, a project I was then pushing with my partner then, Juliet Morgan.

We had wanted to launch a massive social media campaign to raise the much needed cash for sufferers of the debilitating illness. She was supposed to be on the fringes of the meeting but immediately took charge with her clarity and clear understanding of social media.

We were all struck and allowed her to lead the meeting. After the meeting, you trust me na, I immediately contacted her and asked her to do something for me and that was how my small blog was born.

With over 4,000 blackberry contacts and thousands on Twitter with massive daily page views, the Moji Delano blog has created so much influence that if it continues with this stride, it should be hitting the top ten in no time.

I have watched her work very closely, I have seen a very high level of discipline that only a well curated passion can bring to fore.

Blogging is not for the lazy bones. It takes hours of concentration, surfing the net, researching, cross checking facts all these avoiding legal potholes while still sourcing for adverts to keep the wheels going.

So this rebranding, is a unique opportunity to get a bigger platform which is expected to better coordinate increased traffic, increased patronage from corporates and the expected increased influence in the market.

So my well wishes goes to Moji and her team as they relaunch the new look website this morning even as I wish them increased focus, better stories, more personal soft news and better pin point concentration on areas of strengths and finally 2016 should see the MDB media group expanding into other areas of media enterprise.

Well done Moji and more power to your elbows.

Well guys, what can I say? I’m happy to be associated with MDB and countless other Nigerian enterprises who are gradually and steadily taking wholesome advantage of the www. My humble self as the CEo of HypazMedia (see hypazmedia.info) has vowed to help as many Nigerian and African businesses as possible to come to the forefront. I’m happy when they succeed. I’m happy, along with my team to see success. I’ve known this bosslady for more than a year, and all through that time’ it’s been a mutually benefitial friendship, so natuarally, I was more than willing to ditch every project we had on our hands to get this wonderful blog up and running once more after she told me what had happened. I put in extra effort to make the blog look better, more user-friendly, and more proffessional. Cheers, to Moji, Though we’ve still got a couple of modifications, i’m glad she likes it, and I’m glad her fans, followers and readers do as well. Thanks for the faith and trust. Sincerely yours, HypazMedia, the force behind many successful Nigerian online brands
