A 22-year old man Kawan Okoye Gaidowsky has been arrested by the police in Redding, California for indecent exposure after he admitted to exposing himself to at least three women at a parking lot.
Kawan was arrested after a woman Ashlee Libolt reported the incident. She reported that Kawan was driving a gray, 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, when he pulled up at about 8.42AM, brought out his penis, and started masturbating.
According to Redding Record Searchlight, Police say Kawan admitted he was the one in the vehicle, adding that he also exposed himself to two other females.
Sgt. Les James of the Redding police said that one exposure was last month, and the other was not reported.
Kawan has been booked at the Shasta County Jail, and police say investigation is ongoing.
