Eating Meat For BREAKFAST Increases Your Chances Of Dying By 25%

Eating rations of meat for breakfast raises the risk of dying from heart or chronic disease by almost a quarter, a new study shows.

Breakfast may be for heavy meals but the major part of your portion should be vitamins gotten from wheat, beans and eggs because having meat as a first meal may cause clogging of the arteries which can cause heart disease and diabetes – so its best served after mid-day when the body has been fully awoke , say scientists.

Having a meaty breakfast  also makes death from cancer eight per cent more likely – increasing the risk of pancreatic, bowel, breast and prostate tumours by 19 per cent, 18 per cent, nine per cent and four per cent respectively.
It also raises the risk of diabetes by 32 per cent, according to the findings published in the Journal of Internal Medicine.

Theres also the risk of advanced prostate cancer and bowel cancer by 19 per cent and 17 per cent respectively, death from cardiovascular disease by 15 per cent and stroke and breast cancer by 11 per cent each. 

The review of previous research provides a comprehensive summary of the dangers of eating meat for breakfast which includes beef, veal, cornedbeef,suya,kpomo,shaki,pork, lamb and mutton and processed varieties such as ham, sausages, bacon, goatmeat,cornedbeef,chicken and salami.
