The New Face Of The Nigerian Police: See The Good Looking Police Officer Everyone Is Talking About
It appears the Nigerian Police force is getting a serious makeover with the kind of police officers they are putting forward to represent them-especially in the public eye- these days.
Earlier today, I shared with you guys Photos of the Lagos Police PRO Dolapo Badmos, and many were wowed by how beautiful the photos were and how smart she looked. But it seems Mrs Badmos is not the only Police officer making waves on social media. Photos of another officer Aliyu Giwa is also trending online. Aliyu whose Instagram handle is @aleeygiwa is followed by over 10,000 people whom he preaches the new positive gospel of the Police Force to. With almost every Instagram post, Aliyu writes about his love for his job and encourages Nigerians to see Police Officers as friends.
In IG post, Aliyu wrote:
”I love my job… Honestly been a police-officer teaches me reality, teaches me of life, shows me the Good, Bad and ugly of human nature… I adore the fact that each day that passes by… der’s someone new to help, Someone new to save perhaps Or sometimes I’m too late… and that too is life!
I meet many many people throughout my daily tasks Some like me, some respect me, some disrespect me, inshort Some by mere seeing a policeman they just wish I’d burn in hell!! Most tolerate me and realize that I am there for a reason… It’s my job! Been a cop teaches me to count my daily blessings! To be thankful for what I have because so many have so little & It teaches me to value every minute (becuase I see what you can’t stand), to seize the day and save the day, and find that life within it!!
This same job teaches me a love of other people… To look beyond myself as an OLOPA(policeofficer) and walk in other’s shoes. Officers like Aliyu and Mrs Badmos seem like a breath of fresh air to what we are used to as far as the Nigerian Police Force is concerned. We hope to see more of this kind of officers populate the force, Amen?

Extra judicial killing? We don’t need handsome and/or beautiful people but upright people. Let them stop all these their deceits. We are tired of sugar coated tongues, unfriendly friends, and power drunk and trigger happy security people.
