FRSC To Commence Implementation Of Speed Limit Device

2

Come April 2016, the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) will begin the enforcement of the new speed limit device, as against the earlier announced date of September 2015.

According to FRSC, over 50 percent of accidents on Nigerian roads are traceable to  indiscipline by drivers on the highway. Thus as part of efforts at addressing frequent road accidents, the FRSC will work hard to curtail over speeding on the nation’s highways, especially from April 2016.

Finally! The speed limit check is long over due.
